The apartment will be thoroughly inspected, carpet cleaning/replacement as necessary, cleaning and thorough check of all apartment features.

You do not have to be home during the completion of the service request.

We have maintenance available during business hours Monday- Friday as well as 24-hour after hour Emergency Maintenance.

There are several ways to submit a maintenance request: Online through the Resident Portal, calling the leasing office at 512-282-3800 or sending us an email at [email protected]

Unfortunately we do not offer after hour lockout services at this time. You will need to contact a local locksmith.

Yes! Parking is all first come first serve. However, we do offer detached/attached garages for an additional monthly fee, in addition to covered parking that you can rent. We also offer trailer/boat parking.

Garages are available for an additional $100-$120 per month, carport parking is at $50.00 monthly and trailer/boat is $35.00

The Pool and Spa hours are from 10am to 10pm daily

Yes! We allow 1 animal per home. Please contact the leasing office for additional pet qualifications.

All of our apartments come with a refrigerator, range, microwave, dishwasher, washer, and dryer.

We do not offer furnished apartments. However, you can contact Cort Furniture Rental for anything you may need!

Our goal is to have your application approved and leased signed within 7 days.

There are two convenient ways to pay your monthly rent; Online through the Rent Cafe Portal by checking account or credit card or by utilizing WIPS, a walk-in payment system partner, several locations available for your convenience.

Renters Insurance is required, contact the leasing office for further details on the requirements.

Spectrum internet is our preferred provider, but there are various options for you to choose from!

There is an Early Termination clause that would be available to end the lease early. Please contact the leasing office about your specific situation for further information

You would call the City of Austin for electricity, and the internet provider of your choice. The water is automatically set up and is billed monthly with your rent

All utilities are seperate from rent

We are conveniently located close to CapMetro Rail Lakeline Station I don't know what public transportation we are close to

We are in the Austin ISD School District and zoned to Boone Elementary, Covington Middle School, and Bowie High School.
